  1. Thanks for your words. I called my nurse and she said I should be ok and gave me me things to look out for. Ive thrown out every temptation and am sticking to all liquids. Momentary lapse in judgement! I have an appointment in two days with the doc and we will see what he says
  2. I have to be the worst post op patient ever. I was sleeved 2/24 and have had a few bites of pasta, chocolate cream cheese and mashed potatoes! I am out of control. None of these items bother me and I can't get myself back on track. I need help! I was 224 when I started the process, 210 surgery day and have been at 200 the last three days. I know it's the garbage I'm eating but I cannot find the strength to get back on track. How badly am I hurting myself? Tough love please!!
  3. Hello all! I've been lurking for a few weeks and feel ready to introduce myself. I was sleeved on Friday 2/24/12 and am struggling the first few days post op. my high weight was 224 and post op weight was 210. I weighed in at 200 lbs this morning! Very excited about that! I'm struggling with getting all my fluids and Protein and I seem to swallow a lot of air and get hiccups often. How can I fix this? Anyway I'm excited to start this journey with all of you!
