Hello All. It has been a long while since I've been around. I have finally made it through the end of the initial process and now awaiting approval. I guess I will have start all over re-reading to get reaclimated to what I should be doing.

I'm doing no meat for 7 days. Here goes...

My co-worker had me running today...I was supposed to be jogging. He said slow down, you are sprinting. Oh well! :-)

How did things go for you?

Stressed! Started my walks again, it helped for a bit but I'm feeling the tightness in my shoulders and back again! *heavy sigh*

It's amazing that a topic of negativity can yield numerous responses, but ones who are actually posting something positive only receive a read! SMH Where's the balance?

Thought of something that was funny...to me at least. I was sharing with my coworker my decision to have WLS. During the conversation today he said, what do you want to lose, you booty and boobs? LOL I had to laugh. Is that all you see?? What about the hips, arms, stomach and thighs? Men! Well he will just have to watch the boobies shrink. LMBO

Had an endo today. I was really nervous and on the verge of anxiety. If I am this nervous now witha 5 min. procedure, imagine me going in the the sleeve! SMH

Hi. I read your post and noticed your stats. Do you mind sharing how you dealt with losing the Pre-Surgery weight? I want to be down 30lbs pre surgery, if it's more I'll be happy with that as well.
