    Okay, thanks. I didn't know if I should expect to do blood work or any other medical tests on this first visit. I am nervous/excited/disappointed (in myself) all in one. It is a very strange feeling.

    Hi Everyone, I have my 1st appointment w/ the Dr. on Wednesday and I have no idea what to expect. I went to the seminar and will be paying for this on my own so insurance won't be an issue. Can anyone tell me what to expect during this first appointment? Thanks, Annie
