OK I don't wanna....but I am gonna...taking my butt to the gym.

Half way to goal...70 pounds lost as of today and 70 more to go! I CAN and WILL do it this time! Feeling proud!

What is the deal?? I haven't lost any weight in almost 3 weeks. I'm 7 weeks post-op. I should not have stalled this quickly. I have so much weight to lose!

At last night's Zumba class, someone came up to me and congratulated me on my weight loss, hips don't lie!

Does anyone ever feel like they will just keep losing weight until nothing's left but a bag of jiggly skin?

Today's Motto "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can." Now just DO IT!!!!

turned 60 years young today - i have never felt better

It just hit me.... While I've been excited that I have my first appointment with my surgeon, and I'm anticipating being given my pre-op diet and appoints scheduled... she still may not 'approve' me. That would be devistating.

I've been offline for a very long time... Just wanted a few lovely guys and gals to know that I'm checking up on them. And, for the most part, it sounds like everyone is doing very well! Congrats! xoxo

Wishing that I didn't feel like looking in to wls as a copout. I should be able to do this myself, shouldn't I. And, I have, really sucessfully...just haven't been able to maintain it. Smh

Had physical, gno said for someone who has lost so much weight you hardly have any loose skin. NSV!
