How often do you weigh yourself?

Well, my summer vacation has officially begun…and I think I need a break from here as well. I think I see what many veterans say lately….sooo, I am signing off for a while and wishing everyone a wonderful summer! See you all in September!

Almost 5 years post op and today as we looked at my band, "PERFECT" was my surgeons comment! Life is Great!

I'm just over a year post-op, and recently I can't seem to lose weight. I'm at a loss at what to do.

Omg these allergies are kicking up out here in Cali. and today it is a 100 sunny , windy degrees , got to find me a pool, just sweating while walking, please people say hydrated.

After a few days with no loss I finally am down 1 pound. Yesterday I was questioning all this nonsense for a bit. But only because I was frustrated with a few days of no loss. Now I'm ok again. lol Just call me fickle. lol

I just got into a size 12 pair of Old Navy jeans tonight.

This eating 3 times a day and having 3 snacks is for the birds....I am not happy! I feel like I am either eating or drinking all day long!!! Hate you Reactive Hypoglycemia!!!!

woke up 12 lbs lighter than i was 8 days ago! this pre-op diet is making me even more excited for surgery!

Monthly check up at doc today...another 8 lbs gone....can't believe I'm done 83 lbs...never in my life would I or could I have imagined this result...I am feeling very blessed!

So, my surgery is tomorrow! Super excited and nervous, but definitely ready for this step into a new me.
