you should be able to eat what you want as you are not on a diet....but you do need to use Portion Control and make good food choices. the band will work if you help it along. are you eating more than a cup of food? just because one can eat more (doesnt mean they should).

You are feeling totally normal but it does suck...you should be feeling at least a tiny bit better every day...hang in there this is all going to be worth it! You will be a new person by about ten days! Try a hotpad on your tummy and take lots of drugs...
