    What About Our Fat Friends And Relatives

    For me in the begining I kept it all to myself...just my hub and twin sister...after banding and the weight started dropping a told just a very few friends.....then one day I decided to tell a friend who is very over weight...my reason was I wanted her to know...LOOK I DID IT...SO CAN YOU !!!...well didn't go that way at all...she belittled me...my efforts...told me..to be ready to start dumping...and being sick....needless to say I was hurt...mad...and very sad that I bothered to tell her when I really didn't want many to know....just to have her hurt me...since that day I have not told any one else....and mind you I'm down 107 lbs...she has never accknolaged {SP} any of my weight loss.....sighs......

    No Excercise 10 Wks In

    ~hugs~ I can understand the busy days .... I walk when I take my kids to sports practices..if its in town I walk around the blocks.....if its at church I walk laps around the parking lot...just any time I would usually just sit and watch I walk......I also added a stationary bike to my living room...I dont care how it looks or how much room it takes up.....the kids ride it for a few mins here and there while watching TV.....just fit a lil in here and there...Good Luck !

    Protein Mug Cake

    I found this on MFP...havent tryed yet but Im sure I will before the weekends over... Ingredients: 1 Scoop vanilla whey Protein powder (I use Body Fortress) 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp sugar or sugar substitute (I use Truvia baking blend) 1/4 tsp baking soda pinch of salt 1 egg 1 Tbsp almond milk 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter Mix all the dry ingredients in a mug (Protein Powder, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt) with a fork until well blended and there are no clumps. Add in the egg and almond milk and mix until smooth. Drop the peanut butter into the center of the chocolate mixture and press down to submerge. Microwave for around 1 minute on high (give or take some time depending on your microwave), but watch it! It will start to bubble over the top. If this happens, stop microwaving, press batter back into mug with fork, and continue microwaving. When finished, cake should be cooked but still very moist. It is okay if not all the batter has cooked! NOTE: The original recipe I used called for 2 Tbsp almond milk and 1 egg white. I accidentally put in the whole egg, so that's why I only used 1 Tbsp of almond milk. You could try the original recipe way for a lower-calorie alternative! This is so delicious, it really feels like a dessert When you get the peanut butter in the center it's a special treat! Calories: 334 | Carbs: 15 | Fat: 16| Protein: 37

  16. I was just at my Nuts yesterday and we went over this...she says to eat breakfast with in a hour f getting up....all other meals and snacks ONLY when hungry ....but to be sure we get enough cals...and protein ...good luck

    Feeling Discouraged

    I agree forgive yourself and from this min ...Get back on track... This may sound harsh...and Im sure I will get mean comments but... Its in our own hands...if we want some one to say Ooo I understand we have all been there..its ok....have the egg nog.... but thats really what we dont need to hear...you have to just dump it down the sink....I made banana breads yesterday and as soon as I was done mixing I stuck that bowl under the soapy Water so I wouldnt lick the bowl like I did every other time....take control hun...YOU CAN DO THIS....if you want it bad enough ~hugs~

    How Often Do You Get Stuck?

    I was getting stuck a lot more then Id like to admit to.....but hind site it was due to eatting to fast and that was because I was so hungry... For me it hurt so bad the last time then I have learned the hard way to eat slow...and nothing else while eatting....with 5 kids thats alot of work most meals ! Now Id say if i get stuck or that full feeling once a week its alot.....I to cant eat many fishes..unless I dip each bite in all natural apple sauce... Its all trial and errar......we can do it !

    Need Some Insight Please !

    Glad you got a fill.... I seem my nut yesterday ...she logs into myfitness pal and looks at all I eat and we go over it...One thing she told me was....She wants me to eat something anything even a few bites of yougurt with in a hour of getting up....she says waiting till I feel hungry around 9 or 10 is keeping my motabilizum low.....I told her I read someplace ( lol) we were not to eat unless we were hungry...she says true....after I eat something in the first hr...     I don't know much well I know nothing about this hormone...but I say stay away...I wouldn't want any thing like that in me....extra...I think its someone trying to make a buck...You can do it girl with out spending good money on some one elses fad....good luck hun
