3 months banded today!

brought my five lb weights to work...been doing sets every hour...that'll be 10 easy sets by the end...all that's left is cardio:)

for the first time in forever i've finally got all my water in! toottoot!!

hadn't walked outside in a good while...beautiful weather...it was such a treat:)

i'll be welcoming week 4 of couchto5k this week...

chicken breast will no longer be on my menu...got stuck...really stuck...that is all...carry on!

couldn't get a fill too sick:/ try again next week...phlegm be gone

after a few days of relief this pesky cold is back:/

dragged him on a bike ride in 46 degree weather! he lived!
