Me too. Especially when I go out to lunch or dinner with friends and family.

What a great attitude! That is where I am at myself. For too many years letting my weight and looks dictate what I do and don't do for fun. Holding me back from enjoying and living life.

You can do it! There is an excellent source of support here and I am finding it really helpful for those emotional moments and there have been plenty.

Any life change comes with a lot of emotion and something such as this is definitely no exception.

lol, it is really hard to sit still. I thought that I was really great at chilling out and relaxing before the band but now that I cannot do much of anything, I realized that I really didn't relax all that much before.

The pedicure sounds like a great idea.

Great to hear you are feeling better. I tried the protein shake too my second day ( they say in my post op to have 3 a day for the first week or so). There was no way I was getting more than 2/3 in of one only.

Hoping that it will get easier to get everything in but not too easy LOL.
