Last night with my daughter's insistant help, I cleaned closets, totes of clothes I can't wear, anymore or was saving, and I still can't wear..

shaking purse, listen... no more medicine bottle clinking together!

checking in with one of my other mds, said I looked so much younger, what a few lbs lost can do

new frame of mind..

today I ate waiting for that full feeling didn't come, & I have hip bones and I can feel them!

Last night someone told me I looked good and happy, (in my mind I'm thinking really??)
