Menopause hit, after I had pneumonia in October and took some heavy rounds of antibiotics, it took my resistance to ZERO. I was off of work, for 3 months. no working out and now just back to work. Going from 6 days a week working out to none, has been hard, every day I think is today the day I'm going to the gym and by midday I'm already dragging. Trying to take vitamins and eat healthy. As the dr. said this is temporary , since I never had issues before. But hey I lost 25 lbs.
