      After or during?

      Your heart rate should elevate while you're working out...

      Then once you stop, it should drop...

      At least, that's what mine does...

      I work out at 6am to 7am, this happened after I had been asleep and woke up shivering. I threw on socks and a sweater. took me a while to warm up.
