that makes me feel better , kinda, lol I know before I would just "curl into the pain and wallow and do the whole poor look at me" bit, but I've been sticking it out for two days, with ice packs for two days, but there is still something off. I see it as another level, when I lose weight even if its a few pounds my body does this whole readjusting thing. I hadn't gone to chiro for two months because of lump in chest.. my body forgot how an adjustment felt or I'm just one messed up chick,
