No doctor, it couldn't be the ice cream and the brownies I ate, that made my bp go up, it has to be something else..(invisioning today's dr. appt).

I can only blame myself, really.. and as I track the food I've eaten, again, I do see the pattern (yes after all this time) of what I eat affects me physically. Sugar right now is the number 1 problem, because my body has been without it for so long, it is not liking it anymore, no matter what my tastebuds say!
