thanks Carolinagirl, I have gone to my drs, my lapband dr, my cardiologist and my regular dr and they all say they can't find anything. Today I talked to my personal trainer and he suggested to watch my bites, and eat soft soft foods and she what happens, and no meat. watch the processed foods, so far so good

Try soft proteins...cottage cheese, cheese stick, milk, Greek yogurt. Etc. And see if this helps till your body can handle other proteins. If your symptoms does not improve., go see your dr that performed the surgery.

thanks Carlotta!, everything I've eaten since yesterday has been soft, eggs, apples sauce, broth, yogurt, has helped a lot.. and chewing, everything extra fine, I can tell when I go to the bathroom, theres a difference will keep everyone updated..
