I hear ya IDK what's going on but I have been premenopausal for 2 yrs. and haven't had well , I will after 2 yrs, when will this be over ugg, and I still get all those other symptoms but they come and go , so that I can deal with .

Yeck, the perimenopause! It comes on at any given time and I'm a scalp sweater so that usually means no hairstyle for me that day. I feel that when I have my surgery, I will get off high blood pressure meds just to substitute them for menopause pills. What gives! Good luck and hope it doesn't last long for you.

I as doing pretty good keeping them under control, but I've been trying different protein drinks to keep costs, I've been on Optifast for ever and that pretty much keep all the s/s away but since Ive been experimenting, I've been a mess, told my hubby this a.m. that even though they might cost alittle more I am worth it!
