Debating on getting more fills

I agree with prior posts, this is your journey what works for one, will not work for others, the highest Ive ever had in my band was 3.5 but because of tightness if chest I had it removed, twice! I build it up get to 2.5 and have to undo , so I know I shouldn't have more than that amount. Are you sure its not bored eating, are you drinking Water before you eat, as mudane and boring as it gets , its something we must do to keep our lapbands happy. I speak from personal experience, I start getting cocky and eating things I know I should but because it goes down ok, I'll do it again and again. I'm now suffering from a sore tummy. It feels like I ate something that rubbed the inside of my stomach. Its back to small bites, liquids, and soft foods, until I get it back feeling ok. And then I stress about stressing, sometimes its a vicious cycle, but this is what we signed up for. I wish you the best of luck! -
At last night's Zumba class, someone came up to me and congratulated me on my weight loss, hips don't lie!

The night is quiet when a lone fart breaks the silence, a few minutes later you hear another one. I turn to my hubby and tell him it's almost as if they are answering each other.. He is my NSV!!!

Went to my heart dr, routine check up today. I went up to counter today and receptionist didn't recognize me ! (5 years same dr) NSV!!

I have to say I agree with everyone else, it seems most of us have been in a relationship where our weight was a deciding factor. And like most my heart was broken but its the best damn thing that EVER happened to me. I met someone whose been with me literally through thick and thin, and he is so supportive and tells me I'm beautiful even when I don't think I do. And he emailed it to you? I would take his ticket and take someone you know you are going to enjoy yourself with. Girl, you come first always! -

Thought I had gained weight over the weekend, did more snacking than usual, my gym pants were alittle snug. Wasnt till I took them off that I realized they were my new medium pants not the XL I normally wear! snug is good!
