  1. I go every two weeks... hoping that I am nearing the green zone finally.
  2. Same here. I nearly talked myself out of it a few times. I had to do a 6month insurance thing and one month I was so anxiety ridden that I missed an appointment and almost set myself back a whole six months. But you can ask for some medication to calm your nerves from your PCP and see if that helps when it comes closer to surgery. I had mine on 3/30/12 and am loving it. -20lbs so far and just started getting the exercise going.
  3. I am so picky and protein shakes are still nasty tasting to me. I hope to not have to include one at all in the future. I am having a hard enough time getting through with the ones I have tried since surgery on the 30th of March. I am barely getting in anything right now. But I will continue to try with this suggestions as well. Maybe one will work. So far I have manged the Unjury Unflavored added to some pudding which didn't change the flavor too bad.

  5. Well good news is that they approved me with only having to have 6 months total. Date is set for 30th of March! Wow so much to do before that date. I just found out on Tuesday.
  6. I have a 6 month insurance wait for the band. They did not tell me that it had to be six in a row.Had they stressed that I would not have let my anxiety get in the way and would not have missed my Nov appt. So instead of getting the surgery next month, I think I am back to square 1 and its now only my 2nd appt! Oh well, I guess. I already know I am my own worst enemy when it comes to weight loss. So what did I do this month to try and lose weight? Nothing!! I was a bit depressed when I found this out.
