  2. Before my surgery I loved spicy foods, now not so much. I usually avoid them all together probably for the same reasons that have you concerned suz. I just can not drink and eat or eat then directly dirnk afterwards. It is still tough for me but I am learning on a daily basis what I can and can not tolerate.
  3. I have came to the realization that I can not drink when eating. If I drink before I am full and do not get but a bite of my meal at the most. If I drink direclty after i am like tabbmarsha I will spew like a valcano also. Last night me and the BF went out to eat and I just decided the lnly way I will not drink while eating is just not to order anything. Waitress was kinda confused but it worked for me so it is what it is for now.
