  1. Thanks! I think I will go to the docotr ASAP. However the gallbladder is located on the right side. I am nervous because my insurance wont cover any thing to do withthe lap band due to me having the surgery out of the country.
  2. I have had my band for 4 years and with great success. For the past few weeks, I have been overeating and know that I shouldn't have. Three days ago I ate too much and had the normal discomfort under left ribs like always. The pain/discomfort usually subsides but I have had this now for three days. At times it's difficult to take deep breaths and is tender upon pressing on area. I am afraid to eat now because I tried and have had terrible heartburn. I can however consume liquids. Anyone experience the same thing so far after banding? Any suggestions?
