No went with a friend no surprizes everbody here is up and moving I was a little scared but another lady I knew was here had here surgery the day before she was moving around faster that me and I hadnt had the surgery yet.....lol but now im doing the same Dr Garcia is really good youdont hear nobody complain I was so afraid to wake inpain and ididnt the only thing I had was nausea which the quickly gave me some meds........hes good I did videos even got a pic of my stomac

Thank for you alls concern I have...i made out of surgert no pain just mild nausea but was give the meds which feel better

It was good to wake the morning of surgery to all of the well wishing I feel good and ready thanks to everyone it means a lot I will post again to update just as soon as I can Kacey glad to see you on here.......i hope to see you to new beginings I know I will see you .......well toddles #about to b sleeved!!!!!!!!!!:-)

my diet consisted of one protein shake for breakfast and lunch then dinner lean meat salad with light dressing.... so I would get pieces of chicken breast during the day so I wouldnt be real hungry and fruit .... then one day I just ate a burger and fries from burger street...i felt sick too ...... but I havent cheated for the last couple of days I have been trying to do right its been hard thou

I did that when I started my 2 week pre op i think its easier if you work up to it..... it was so hard for me i cheated a few times ive lost 7lbs on it thou.......now that im 3 days from surgery ive been following it to the letter these past couple of days

Im having my sleeve wednesday too good luck

hello Im have surgery on feb 22 I herd about the single incision surdery saw a video on utube as well....the diet for me has been hard everyday. i fond myself cheating a bit but still managed to lose 6 pounds well good luck to you where are you have your surgery

9 days on this diet lost 6lbs woot woot cant believe i didnt follow to the letter 5 days to go before surgery very excited and ready to go

oh and one more thing Im struggling on this diet but I have managed to lose 6 pounds..... woot woot ....cant beleive it
