  2. Thanks Mel My dr appointment is on Sunday so i'll ask him then. For now, i'm staying away from the carbs and i've cut out sodas ( which has been EXTREMELY hard).
  3. Hello everybody, My name is Mona and i just had my last blood tests done today before my surgery. In two weeks i get the results and my doctor will set an appointment and im finally going to do it! Im so excited. Im now 33 and have been obese for almost the last 20 years and its about time to get my life on the right track! This website has been extremely helpful! Thanks to everyone for sharing!
