yea kiaser sends you through a lot also. i have my first classe feb 7th and thats for 12 weeks with nut, dr, pysc, multiple test

im not pre op yet i dont go to class until feb 7 but im just seeing if i had to go just liquids can i do it. i went all day with liquids and than had dinner. i think i can do it. i bought sf popsicles, jello. been eating the jello all day while at work and sipping on some tea.

will i be able to do this. right now im eating everything in sight. even when i am stuffed i am still eating. i cant wait to start my classes. but im so scared if i have the surgery i will eat and gain again.HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE A LOT OF HEAD ISSUES LOL. SERIOUSLY WHEN I WAS IN 5TH GRADE MY AUNT MADE ME WEAR A GRIDLE SHE SAID MY ASS WAS TO BIG TO BE WALKING AROUND. I WAS ONLY 11 I THINK BUT IT REALLY MESSED ME UP WITH MY SELF IMAGE. ALSO WHEN I WAS MARRIED MY HUSBAND LOVED PORN AND MUSIC VIDEOS AND I ALWAYS FELT I HAD TO LOOK LIKE THOSE WOMEN AND NOW LOOK AT ME. LOTS OF HEAD WORK

im having trouble eating the right way now. how can i after surgery. my classes dont start till feb 2nd. i did a nutrition class which helpde a little but im not doing good at all.

new insurance rules. only covers 90% i cant afford the other 10. im really sad. do anyone have the same problem? and because its for my health is it still free?

i am starting my classes on feb 7th. i am confused because i am trying to give my self a headstart with the diet. what is pre op? is this during your 12 classes or right before the surgery.

thanks everyone. i called kaiser and i was told that i would just pay 10 percent on my admissions which im still confused about. well i will proceed with the classes and just leave it in gods hand. thanks again guys for your comments

i dont understand. if your stomach is smaller why are you so hungry. wouldnt the liquid and 64oz of water keep you full

hello. im also kaiser so cal. are you at waterridge. my track starts feb 7th. im sad because i just reviewed my insurance this year and kaiser only cover 90% surgery. so i dont thinki can do it i cant afford 10% of the surgury im so sad right now. but i will do the classes. question lboogie. what is the diet like while going through the classes?

i had a hysterectomy and my incission opened i was told to keep it dry so get some guaze and keep it dry so it can dry out

My name is judy. i have done every weight loss program out there. i lost 125lbs in 9 months on this one intense program but gained it all back in a short time. since then i keep trying i have so many workout dvds. so many diets i can teach a class on weight loss. but cant teach myself. i decided to do the gastric sleeve surgery because i am tired of trying and failing. I am a single african american women I have two grown kids and one new grand daughter. I am very excited and terrified at the same time. I am afraid of going under the knife. kaiser seems to have it all toghter though. so i will trust in god that he will be with the doctors when i have my surgery. I really hope I don't need it after the pre op diet. if someone else is just starting i would love to have a friend to share with.
