  2. Terry, don't laugh at me but I would take those tiny little baby spinach leaves and put tuna fish inside and roll em up. Oh, don't forget the laughing cow lite creamy swiss cheese wedge to put in that tuna. Thanks to Missy, she created the best tuna fish with laughing cow and babybel cheeses

  6. Wozzicat, I feel restriction most deffinately, my band lets me know when I have either eaten to much, too fast, to big of a bite, (I get discomfort) when doing any of these mentioned. My band puts me right in check! I also feel satisfied after a meal for long periods of time until my next one. I am not sure how long my restriction will continue on my journey, but for now its working....

  9. The best advice I have learned from my fellow bandsters is the golden rule - that is never to eat more than a cup of food per meal, no matter what! Get in that protein! Oh, and the thing that helps me overall is to track everything I eat and exercise. I cannot live without these rules, ever!
  10. Thank you Missy for always looking out for us, love ya girlfriend x0x0x00x

  14. As I am still losing weight, and I have a lot more to go, but... I like that I am getting back into some clothes that were laying around forever in the closet. I like that I can fit into jeans that are 4 sizes smaller. I like that I can bend down to tie my sneakers/laces. I like that I can walk and exercise without feeling like I would die. I like that I have a lot more energy. I like that my wedding rings are no longer tight. I like that my hip doesn't hurt as much as they use too. (this is a big deal because I have one hip replaced and the other one is going).
  15. Holly, I think I missed wishing you a congratulations too on reaching your goal!!! <----doing happy dance for you as well!!!
  16. I can only dream to be in that small of jeans... Congratulations!!!
