There are these shakes too... Protein shakes for pre-op patients. They're supposed to be really filling... but~! Hi, fellow bandsters. I'm Jeo! I've just been certified into a six month program before I can do the actual surgery. I know that I won't be able to have the actual surgery until September, 2012... or August. Which is fine with me!
