  1. I woke up after the surgery really happy to be alive, so i was walking from the get go. I was a little sore yesterday from the gas, but feeling a lot better today. My throat is probably the worse from the air tube. Really have not needed my meds for pain as of yet, so I guess I am lucky. Was hungry last night, but good this morning, drinking my bariatric shake.
  2. Newbie here, just had my surgery yesterday. Surprisingly no real pain other than slight soreness and a little hungry. I have read that after a couple of days you can have cottage cheese, on a complete liquid now for some time and really feeling the pressure. Any tips?
