  1. I am 15 days post op and believe me it gets better! I have started my chicken salad stage and love it!! Hang in there!
  2. Hello, This is the first time I have posted on any blog let alone this LAP BAND forum but I need help. I got my Lap Band on November 29, 2011 and I feel great but I have just started my soft food diet and need help understanding how much I should be eating. I have no Fluid in my band yet and won't until Jan. but I don't want to risk a band slip or anything. Can anyone out there post a pic of a meal they ate during this time? I also want to thank those who post on this forum it is so helpful for us newbies:) GOD BLESS!! Lucy
