  1. I have had my band for 3 years (although 10 months out of that I had no fill due to pregnancy). I just had my son 5 months ago and have been getting fills ever since, with no problems. starting on Sunday (out of nowhere) I began to have an irritation feeling inside where my band is. I can eat just fine and feel fine, it is like a pulling feeling right under my skin. I went to the surgeon and he is unsure of what it could be. I was scheduled to have my band taken out and converted to a mini gastric bypass in December before this all began. He said if the band slipped he cannot convert me he can only take out the band. The feeling is not constant and it only hurts when I more certain ways. I am not throwing up at all. Has anyone had anything like this happen or feel pain around their band? He ordered some test but they are not till Wednesday and I am just concerned about what this could possibly be? Anyone who had slippage ever had this or could they tell me what it felt like? Thank you so much! Also if anyone had their band removed and converted to another weight-loss surgery how long did you have to wait?
