  1. Hi everyone! I'm also on December 1st! I've started the liquid diet and the first day was very tough...but day 2 is so much better. I don't know if it is just nerves upsetting my stomach or has something to do with all the liquids, but I'm going through something of a colon cleanse today. Kinda weird, but oddly refreshing now that all that stuff is out of my body. Has anyone else experienced this? Lisa B.
