  1. Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I am definitely eating slider food's because when I eat solids I take 2 bites and I go straight to the bathroom.
  2. I was recommended to blend and strain lite soup, I did that for about 2 weeks post op and then went on to puree. I also had sugar free popsicles and light yogurt smoothies. It seemed to work good for me in the beginning. My problem started with the solid's.
  3. I just turned 1 year post surgery and this is not at all what I expected. I' m still vomiting and getting stuck with my food, which is not at all pleasant. Never the less, I have lost 43lbs. But honestly I expected that at this point I would have lost more. This has been a really hard year for me. I'm trying to hang in there, but sometimes I question myself whether or not I should have had the surgery at all. I don't blame anyone but myself because this was "My Choice". I have 6 cc's in my band and my surgeon seems to think that it's too tight. But if I am too tight thwn why I am I not loosing weight? I am new to this forum and hopefully I will get some feed back that can help me, because at this point I don't know what to do.
