1 month since i was banded and from pre-op -19lbs and post op down -11 a total of 30lbs. Yeah baby first fill on tge 10th.

Well i had my first gym day today. It went well however when i was done i felt a little ill. later in the day i was much better, and in the evening i felt great like a big boost in energy. I even felt like goibg for a walk, but i cleaned my house instead.. lol I plan to go again Sunday morning. Tomorrow im goibg for a bike ride, the weather has been nice and snow is so close to being gone.

Going to start at the gym this friday.

going to search for some band friendly low cal low fat recipes. Making a new little recipe box.

Back to work Monday for mee first day back since surgery 2 weeks ago.

since surgery 2 weeks ago i havent lost any weight. what the hell?? im worried this isnt going to work. i follow the diet even eating less than it says. i was down 19 from pre-op diet.

Sure hope this works for me.

Our surgery went well, my husband and i both drove 3hrs to Edmonton Feb 29th with our care takers, stayed the night and cought n early flight out to Vancouver arrived in vancouver at our motel and went to the cambie surgery centre for our pre-op. The next morning we got up early and had our surgery. Everything went well we were sent back to our motel with our care takers

just got back home tonight so tired will post all about it tomorrow.

Surgery is this Friday already.

Hi and welcome to lap band talk. I go for my band March 2nd and i start my pre-op tomorrow. A little worried about the shakes tasting gross. But it will be the last diet.

Hey Miss March 2nd glad to hear we have the same date. I too am taking two weeks and hope thats enough also. Do you have a pre-op diet you have to start soon. Mine is this Friday the 17th..

18 days till surgery and only 4 till the pre-op diet.. :-) & :'(

How has thing been since your second fill is it helping you? i sure hope so.

Dont know how im going to be able to drink the slim time drink. My 14yr old wanted to try some so we mixed one pack of vanilla and one choc and after a few sips i was running to the bathroom to puke. oh dear god give me the stomach to drink this nasty stuff.

they changed the post-op drink to slimtime has anyone had that yet, just wondering how nasty it might be. lol

only 1 month to go till surgery.

well i have sent the deposit, ordered slim time for my husbnd and i, 21boxes later. that stuff is not cheap.
