Work is done, shopping is done and housework is done. Now I'm just kicking back relaxing and eating some pretzels and enjoying this beautiful weather we are having. I have my workout tonight and I ams so sore form Wednesday night still. Tonight is supposed to be floor exercises, so that might hel a little. Reba-my husbands love.

Good Morning everyone, I didn't have an issue with the site yesterday. I just wasn't home all day. I popped in long enough to check my e-mail and I responded to Janie. I'm home from my Personal Training workout. I can barely left my arms. I sure hope that TracyKS is having a great time. Tomorrow I will be gone most of the day. Alot of running around to do. And I have my Women's Ministry tomorrow night. It's my turn to bring snacks with 2 other women. I made some Oatmeal Lace cookies with a dip for them, Spiced nuts and Lime sherbert punch. Oh Judy, What a cutie,,,,,,,but I'm not impressed with the weight. Luke was 10.1 Amy was 10.10 and Jack came in at 11.4. I tried to get my sister to have one more so she could get into the world's rcord book. lol. I loved the pics and especially the one of you holding him. You make a perfect couple.

Thanks Pammy. Here's a recipe I got last night. High Protein Gelatin 1 pkg. sugar-free flavored gelatin 1 cup boiling water 1 cup cold water 1 scoop unflavored protein powder 1 pkg. Crystal Light ( any flavor) 1. Combine gelatin package with 1 cup boiling water. Stir for 2 min. Place in refrigerator for 5 min. or until geltain is approximately 130F 2. Combine 1 cup cold water, 1 scoop unflavored protein powder and crystal light. Stir until relatively well dissolved. Combine cold protein mixture to warm gelatin mixture. Stir. Place in fridge until form. Protein powder may settle toward bottom

Getting ready to head into work. I'm so glad I took the muscle relaxer last night. I'm able to walk today because of it. My hips are killing me but it's still ok. Can't hardly wait for baby news. TracyKS. Have fun in Fla. and enjoy the wedding. Safe trip to you. Chat at ya tonight.

A very long day here and right now I am just so glad to be home safe and with my Hubby, that's all that counts right now. I'll send you all an e-mail in the next day or so. Anyway after having only a few hours of sleep last night and having to work today I went an met my friend Mary at Appleby's we had a good time but needed to come home and take a quick nap. I started my "Reboot" class tonight Ok, any one that has ever had a personal trainer will know exactly what I went thru for over an hour. just barely made it home from there. My arms are so achy. I have already taken a muscle relaxer and am headed to be here in a few minutes. 1 down 17 more classes to go. Hello everyone, I sent you all an e-mail with pics, hope you enjoy them. Got up early this morning and went to church, came home and made breakfast for hubby and me. Than we started in on a lazy day. We did however go out to find the place that I will be taking my "Reboot" class at. It's not that far away, just needed to find it. Tomorrow night I start a 6 week, 3X's a week boot camp. There is a personal trainer and a small class. It is sponsored by my Band Doc. I'm really looking forward to it but am kind of nervous. I'm really not looking forward to the pain. But I really need this. We came home and I gpt the fireplace going, still really cold here. They are calling for in the 60's by the end of the week. Judy, Baby?????? Jane, Taxes????? The house is huge. I know some of you will think that a million dollar house isn't that big but remember that I live in a little Po-Dunk town and a million dollar house here is a mansion. It's just her basement that is themed. The rest of the house is just elegant and I must say, comfortable. Off to go take my shower, text me if there's a baby or any other news.

Manure........One time we went down to Arkansas to visit my sister and her hubby. Just prior to us coming down, the guy who farms around him had the fields sprayed with chicken jut manure. OMG. We never did that again. Go visit after a spraying. They have the gut trucks from "Tysons" come and spread all that nasty stuff. Whoooo..... I have a fire in the fireplace, about 3 inches of snow and a pot of chili on the stove. I think I'm set for the day. Although we do have that party to go to tonight. I met this lady at where I work and she took a liken to me. Anyway, at christmas she invited me to come over to her house to see her christmas trees. She lives in a ritzy part of town and her house is huge and beautiful. It is something she worked all her life for. She had a goal and worked to achieve this home and you can tell she poured her love into it. So I'm there for an hour and a half and had only seen the main floor and basement when I had to leave. I won't go into explaining the main floor except to say, WOW. Beautiful. Lots of marble and beautiful woodwork. Well she takes me downstairs and explains along the way that since their last name is "West", that they chose to do the basement in a western theme. It was truly amazing. They did all the work themselves and let me tell you. I felt like I was in Old Dodge City and Wyatt Earp was going to walk out any minute. At one end of the room over in another section was a Saloon. There was an old bar that was all the way from Mexico, hand carved and stunning. There is a stage in there where her husbands band plays and they do kareoke. You come out of there and there is a gaming area with tables for playing black jack and other games. One whole wall is painted like an old western town store front, too cute. There is a dance floor and a common area for sitting and chatting and than you get to another bar. It's a mexican cantina. Has a pool table in there and everything is done in vibrant colors of old mexico. There's another room over to the side that has all the pinball machines and other games machines to play. The whole thing is absolutely amazing. I wish I could take all of you. I'm really excited about taking the hubby. It's a BYOB party so he went yesterday and bought my some bottles of margaritas to take. Now if it will just stop snowing so that we can go and enjoy ourselves. I hope Laura is having a good time at the Baby Shower. I can't wait to see the pics from it. Any Baby yet Judy?

Judy, if she is born tomorrow than in my heart I will call her Kendra, ok, Ken if it's a boy. I just hope all are safe and healthy. Terry, yes I said a bad word. I just couldn't believe how crappy the site was running yesterday. So frustrating when I can't check on my girls. Maybe I should have given up cussing for Lent? Try to be a good little Catholic girl. It's snowing out, we have about an inch right now and they say it's supposed to keep snowing till about noon. It's really slick out also, I was going to go to Cures but not now. Last night I went over to my sisters to watcha movie with her in the community room. One of the men that lives there was celebrating his 71st. birthday. So they had cake and ice cream, yes I did. Than I was mad at myself because I had done so good all day long. Holy cow, what is wrong with me. Here I am fighting this not losing battle and even seeing a psyhc Doc and I go and do something like that. Urgggggg. And now I have this party to go to tonight. Finally, after about 5 hours I finally got in here. Do you know how much housework you can get done while waiting?????? A lot. Speaking of housework, Michelle. Morning Girls, I'm up and going to get ready for work, I'm covering for a girl that has to go to court. Than off to the grocery store, they are calling for snow late tonight and I want to get stuff to make chili with. Later today I'm going over to Sisters and we are going to watch Mama Mia. I liked it and I think she will also. No meat today so I told Sis I would bring over Wendy's baked potato and a small salad. She hates fish, I love it. I hope TracyKS is doing ok, I know she struggles with so much. Very busy girl. Judy, they are showing Hastings, Minn on the news right now. WOW, that's a lot of snow. They are calling for us to get amybe 3 inches tonight. That would put us at about 18 below what we normally get. We've had a very dry winter. Scary, our lawns this spring will look sad. Irish, Good luck on your appointment, hope it goes well. We have only had a few little sprinkles here but they are calling for storms tonight and snow this weekend. I'm gonna take it easy the rest of the day and am having a salad for dinner.

Uhmmmmm..... is a glazed donut and a Sonic Jr. chili frito cheese burrito ok to have for breakfast????? I was just wondering...teehee.

Morning Girls, Up and dragging my butt. I'm taking Sis to hospital to have her colonoscopy done and than take her back home. Doc said it's been 5 yaers since her last one so it's time again. Jane, What happen with the fill you got? Have you lost your restriction? I'm one of those ones that have to keep reminding myself that the band and a DIET work together. Even though I have the band and some good restriction, I still have to refrain from putting the food in my mouth. Hang in there. Just remembered it's CTCD, ugghhhhhh.

Been to church and got my ashes already. I don't fast because I take medicine that you have to take with food. Here is my report for today. 1 slice of toast for breakfast 1 small salad for lunch. Doing good. I'm not fasting but I'm eating way less than what I normally do. Now we are off to go work our shift at the hospital. Have a great day.

Just saw this commercial on TV. It's Dr. Ian, I like him alot. Such a gentle side to him. The 50 Million Pound Challenge I haven't had a chance to really look at yet. I'll do it tonight after work.

Up and drinking my hot chocolate. Trying to get up the gumption to go to Wally World. Not one of my favorite things to do. They are going to be openeing a Target soon, so I am looking forward to that. We are going over to a friends today, they have a fallen tree and we are going over to cut it up and stack it for firewood. After that I have to work the evening shift. It's Fat Tuesday and CTCD, something is just wrong with that.

Laura, My sister is Gramma Lou Lou. Sometimes depending on the day she is having, it's Gramma Loopy. (remember, brain injury). Her first name is Mary Lou. Pam, I was having a great food day till I was watching "Kung Fu Panda" with my younger Sis and she brought out the box of cheese-it's, Holy Cow. Now just sitting on my A*# and doing nothing.
