Laura, That's a sad e-mail you sent. I hope your parents don't fall for her tactics and send her anymore than what they are doing. She's lucky to be getting what she does. On the T-Shirt issue, I will probably send a 2xl. I'm always afraid os shrinkage with the material. If it doesn't shrink let me know and i'll send a 1xl. Right now I'm waiting for the short sleeve shirts to come out. I didn't think you guys would like to be wearing long sleeve in the summer heat.

Terri, slowly I have been sending each one of you a T-shirt from where I live. I'm hoping that you all take them with you on your trip and than take a picture for me. This way I feel like a little part of me is with you guys. I still have Haydee, Laura, TracyK, Jenn and Pam to send to. I will get them out as soon as I buy them. Judy, TracyKS, Janie and Kat already have theirs. If I'm missing someone, let me know. I'm gonna miss being with you guys.

Hey Girls. Woke up at 3am and hve been up since. I went to work and than did my monthly shopping at Wal-Mart. So now I'm home, everything is put away and I'm catching up on a show. When I'm done with it, I'm headed back to bed for about an hour and half. TracyKS, I can't think of anyone who would be ebtter suited to lead a group than you. I would follow you. Heck I already have. I'm here. Tell Beverly I said hi and would you give her my e-mail. I would love to get caught up with how she is doing. I hope to see you at the meeting this weekend. Jane, you and your family are definately in my prayers. I realize being put in prison that there is a huge adjustment that they go thru. It will be a long process for him to get adjusted plus there will be all the appeals that will be made on his behalf also. Headaches and nightmares. Send him my love and let him know he will be in my daily prayers. Jenn, Are you getting back with Kev?????? What's the deal girl???? Pam, good girl for getting up and going to workout. I'm just trying to make it to Easter and than hope I can avoid the after Easter sales. Pammie, your dedication is beautiful. Last week when I was at that party I met a lady who had had stomach surgery back in November. She told me at her age(53) she didn't have time to lose weight with the Lap-Band. So she chose to have the gastric by-pass. So all this week I was second guessing myself in having the band done. That maybe I should go in and have gastric by-pass done. I could have this all done and over with in the next year to year and a half. So, I'm over at the web-site for WLS chatroom and I run across some chat for some of them that have had some problems with blood work ups coming back with all kinds of troubles. Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, Ferrintin, B-12 and so on and so on. Even my cousin who had it done has all kinds of problems with her blood. After reading this I am really glad that I did not have the gastric by-pass. I had said along time ago that that was not a route for me. I was sold on the band and now I am very very very glad that I stuck with it.

Dinner decision - cottage cheese and pears for me and leftover pizza for the hubby. Judy, did you get the recipe I posted for the protein Jello?? And I think I have a feedback for that little thumb, What's up with the BBW Single Female Looking Ad????

Just finished going thru the checkbook and bank account - making sure I have some money left. I did actually get out and take doggie for a walk today. A little on the cool side here today. 44 degrees and a slight wind. I was hoping to make it all day in my jammies but it didn't work out that way. Thanks Jane for mentioning the Cadbury mini eggs. I gave Easter candy up for Lent and was doing great till you mentioned them. Now my mouth is watering. Hold me down. Wonder if TracyKS is back from Florida yet. Hope she had a good time.

We had great sleeping weather last night. It stormed, thunder and lightning. Judy, I think it's headed your way. Now just a lazy day ahead of me. There's a few things around the house that I'm going to do and finish up a couple of projects I started and than put down. Off to go get some oatmeal. Have a great day.

Good Luck to Rick. We just got back from a 1 mile walk with the doggie. The wind was horrible and made the walking even harder. So we got a real good workout. I hope these awful winds aren't bringing in bad storms for tonight. We don't need no tornados.

Good Saturday Morning to My Girls. We have thunderstorms on their way but for right now it's a beautiful morning. Last night at my workout we had a good time. It was the instructors husbands birthday so she cut it a little short and she made it a little more funner (?) for us. Still, I am sore from all of the workouts. Terry, that's wonderful about your kids spending time together. Hopefully it remains that way. My older sister never wanted to have anything to do with me when we were growing up. I was the little sister that no one wanted. My younger sister and I had a whole different relationship and we have carried that into our adulthood, we really watch out for each other. How else could we still be living together and not be at each others throat. Have a great day everyone.
