  1. I am planning to have the surgery in early 2012. Part of my insurance requirements is to track for 6 months prior to requesting approval. My last appointment for the tracking is December 14, 2011 and then all the paperwork can be submitted to my Insurance for approval (fingers crossed they don't deny me). I am suppose to loose 30 lbs (I think by either December 14 or the day of the surgery). Either way I have lost a total of 2 lbs in 4 months. I want to cry!! Anyone have any advice for me. One would think I eat all day long, but really I have a desk job and at the most will have a cup of coffee and a packet of instant oatmeal all day at work (9-10 hours) and then I go home and have fast food for dinner. That is my downfall, and I am doing my best to break that. This past month eating out has been cut down to once a week for the most part. This past week, I started bringin two Yoplait Yogurts, 2 Protein Bars (high in protein, atleast 20g, and low in sugar usually 1-10g but sometimes 18g). I bring an apple, a banana, and a Protein shake, but I can't find a protein shake I like. Anyone know where I can sample some at?? I am currently using the
