  1. thank you for the response. i am walking more and trying to find a way to take my pain meds without being grossed out by the flavor of crushed meds. ick. but i did discover (so far so good) that skim milk with the littlest bit of protien powder goes down ok so maybe i will mix it in there and the chocolate will help it go down. what do the hiccups mean? am i drinking too fast? i try to sip slowly.
  2. I just got banded a couple days ago and am looking for a place to get info and talk to people who have been thru it. since the surgery i am fighting nausea, i can feel it inside me which is kinda weird, i get painful hiccups and explosive gastro issues. surgeon said this is normal and will go away soon. he called in anti nausea meds for me. anyone else go thru this? when will it stop?
