  1. Hello everyone! I'm going to my doctor tomorrow to discuss weight loss, in my experiences with tricare providers they're VERY reluctant to prescribe FDA approved medications. I'm 5'3" 195 lbs 34.5 BMI. I lost about 30 lbs on phentermine and kept it off for along time, I had to FIGHT for that 18.5 mg phentermine. My husband deployed and I moved to a new city so I fell off the weight loss bandwagon. So here I am again, counting calories, going to zumba trying to get back to the healthy lifestyle I had and want. I'm open to lapband or phentermine/adipex again, I'm hoping this PCM will understand and do their job as a doctor. Anyways, I'm 23, I have a 3 yr old son and I live in Las Vegas NV.
