  1. I just looked into these One A Day Vitamins, and they are about half of what the Bariatric Advantage vitamins are, so I was wondering if you only took one a day or if you do or can take 2?
  2. I was banded almost a week ago, on 10/20/11 and am on the liquid diet. Before surgery, I discovered I cannot drink the protein shakes due to an allergy, and have been given the protein shots which are horrible and I gag and almost vomit every time I try to drink them. Also, being on this liquid diet, I try to eat clear soups but when I do, I feel nauseous and have to not only stop eating, but move the bowl of soup so that I can no longer smell it. I am worried that I am going to get sick and hurt my band so I'm afraid to push myself. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem, or similar ones, and could provide a little help. I'm worried I'm going to become protein deficient before I can start solid foods again. HELP!
