  3. i had surgery 2/6, i gained weight pre-op, so it includes pre-op gain and hospital IV bloating gain...

  7. i didnt think or state that it kept your hair from falling out, thats why i said "maintain"... it makes it grow, therefore helps the shedding

  9. my surgeon told me the same thing...getting enough protein will help, however i didnt ignore this tip from someone who said the loss of food eventually takes a toll on your body.

  12. i was just given a tip that taking a biotin supplement helps with maintining your hair and keeps nails from getting brittle, i took some chewable biotin today...
  13. Day 3 was terrible for me too, day 4 i felt soooo much better
  14. liquid tylenol i felt the same way, im surprised they gave u a pill though, the oxyco was annoying to me, doesnt stop pain just knocks u out.... ice chips for ur throat
  15. i always pee after i sip 1 ounce every 5 minutes for a hour for some reason
  16. u may have to decrease sodium a tad, its natural that ur body is fighting the weight loss
  17. i was sleeved on Monday, i am still drinking out of medicine cup 1 ounce every 5 to 6 minutes....it takes some time to get all the fluids in but its goes down well that way

  19. i can easily see the height increase with less gravitational pull on ur spine... I have heard also u can can inches "there" too, and its not just an illusion from smaller stomach

  21. i have been having watery bowel movements, almost everyday....since i have been sleeved on 2/6
  22. One of my relatives who had bypass a few years ago, suggested that i sleep in a recliner chair. Let me tell you, it helped a milion with the pain, I was sleeved on 2/6/2012... getting in and out of bed hurt so bad, but now sleeping in recliner pain is almost gone, dont even feel like i need the meds.
  23. i think that its all the more reason not to mention, i got sleeved on Monday and see first hand now that its a lot of will power and work on ur own...
