I know I have not been checkin-in per say but I started to use this more for quick reference... On that note just hit 215 mark, started at 284 looking for 175 but anything with a "1" in the front is fine by me... Good luck to all :0 --h

Kicked the plateau's a**, lost 9 lbs since last fill one one month ago.

Leaving work soon so I can go "back" to the drug store for liquid Tylenol and chewable calcium.., didn't I do this to stay out of hospitals/pharmacies/Dr.'s Offices??

Back from followup... CLEARED FOR REAL FREAKIN FOOD WOOOHOOO!!!!!!!!

Have an appt with dietician this afternoon, hope I can start incorporating reg foods soon...

had my first gas pain episode yesterday afternoon.., felt like my whole belly was full of C4!!! The thought of getting stuck after I graduate to regular food is frightening

Completed Pre-Op appointment yesterday... Doc said NO pre-op Diet and he does an agressive fill at time of surgery, most of his his patients do NOT require a fill for a while
