Well you are a little more mobile then me and I had my surgery on Tuesday. I am having more issues with pain then anything, as in I have a really bad headache. But that could be due to no driniking enough water.

Mine is Dec 6th. I thought doing the Optifast through Thanksgiving was going to be hard, but it really wasnt.

My dr provided me a link for a variety of protien drinks, some are not even milk based.

I have not heard of the the Yonanna Machine but it sounds like something I might like to have in my kithen.
