in your daily walk......live out the word of God. His word tells us that He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we ARE healed. (not maybe, not might) but ARE healed! walk in it and trust that he knows what's going on with you. If he brought you to this, he will bring you through it! I've had oatmeal and grits but I haven't had cold cereal yet. I'm looking forward to having me a bowl of Rice Crispy's. I believe in anything in moderation. A bowl every now and then shouldn't hurt. We just have to remember to remain in control. Blessings2u--BJ
