  1. I am one month post op and so far to date I have lost 20lbs with no saline in my band. I am super excited however nervous that when I begin real food the weight is going to pile back on. Can anyone give friendly feedback to ease my mind?
    I go for my first fill on 11/16/11 and have noticed over the last week I am a bottomless pitt, I am walking 3 miles 4 times/week and am sticking to the guidelines.... Would like to know ppl's stories.
