  1. Thank you for replying. I am glad to hear that its more difficult than I was thinking. I guess I just keep thinking of how many other diets I have messed up and was afraid I would do the same thing to this one. I have at a few settings eaten a little more than I should have so I am really going to try harder this week and ongoing. Small portions and stopping when I am satisfied. Thanks again, I feel better.
  2. I was banded on 9-16 and I am on soft foods and Monday , regular foods. My doctor has regular foods after 30 days. Well I have this fear that I am going to stretch the band and mess it up. Does anyone else feel that way? I am so paranoid. I am trying to do everything right. Also , I lost 18 pounds quiclky and now its maintained. I think thats normal until the first fill? Let me know your thoughts.
