Keep the faith!!!!!! I understand your disappointment, count this as a set back and not a shut down....

I decided to buy me a pair of pants yesterday and I thought to myself a size 6 should fit, well to my suprise I put it on and of course I needed a belt. I could have bought the size 4 and it would have fit. From a size 18 to a size 4 in less than a year. I look in the mirror and still say to myself who are you. LOL!!!!!!

I went on a trip with a group of people and they said hey you have to ride in the middle since you are the smallest!!!!!!!!!!! It felt so good!!!

I have finally met my goal weight of 140#. Did it in 8 months. I look in the mirror and still can't believe it sometimes!!!!

Finally over the week 3 stall!!!!

Worry not about the delay, everything comes in its own timing. You apparently weren't ready two years ago but look out this year!!!!! Worry not about the nay sayers if we all could just excercise and eat right and loose weight everyone would be skinny. My mom wasn't in agreement with me but when she saw that I was determined and it was going to better me she supported me 100%. Keep pushing it!!!!

Today was great, I washed my hair, took a shower and polished my toenails. Its amazing what red toenails will do for your spirits!!!!!

I TOO AM DOING WELL, MY STOMACH SOUNDS LIKE A GURGLING TOILET BUT OTHER THAN THAT I AM MOVING AROUND GOOD. I TRIED A PROTEIN SHAKE TODAY AND IT SETTLED BETTER THAN I THOUGHT. I SHOULD BE GOING BACK TO WORK ON TUESDAY.
