well i am only down 4 pounds since last fill seems like it should be more.doc said being i was going to the gym 3 days a week.that i am gaining muscle.but to tell you the truth i have 3 times more energy than i had before.my daughters say i am tireing them out wow never thought i hear that coming from them lol.but i love it!!!

i know the feeling when i went from a 44 down to as of rt now 38/40 depends on maker of jeans.this since aug 8 2011.today i think i ate somthing not agreeing with me.been sick and stomach ach all nite last nite.and today.had my fill last week but don't think it is that.and when i eat somthing lots of stomach noises.was wondering if anybody had this happen.after a fill.
