Little Sunshine

Hi, my name is Phoenix. I have been an overweight person all my life.  But that is only on the outside.  I am a vibrant, fun loving, energetic, vivavious individual on the inside.  I am crafty work with my hands and have a lot to offer my friends.  I have tried numerous diets from cabbage soup to weight watchers.  I had the lap band  8 years ago and lost at one point 100 lbs.  But I was throwing up everything I put in my mouth including water.  I have since then had my  band opened and have changed physicians due to a move.  I am getting ready to have my band adjusted again for the first time in 3 years.  I am very very excited.  I feel like I have the enthusiasm of a first time bandster.  I have seen I didn't follow the rules and it is vital to do so  for success.  I have gotten into a good exercise routine and I am ready for the life altering adjustment so that the real Phoenix can come out.  I am ready!
