I've been banded for a few yrs. i have a just-turned 1 year and breastfed for 9 months, when she decided she'd rather see what's going on then be pressed up against me lol,you CAN do it successfully, i had to have a good amt of Fluid removed at about 6mths pregnant due to severe nausea and vomiting. i just had a fill a few months ago and continued to nurse, MAKE SURE you have PLENTY of plain ol Water and healthy foods, continue taking your prenatals, i took a chewable, good luck!!!!

Thanks, I had a swallow study done and it looked tight enough, idk its frustrating. I've been too tight and it was that way for about 6 mths because the dr "wasn't going to put less than 1/4cc in" My husband is between jobs so we are without health ins for the moment so I'm stuck anyway

I'm not at all close to goal, I just stopped nursing so I'm ready to get on track, just seems I can't

Of course, I need a new dr and hopefully this will do small fills like that (one dr refused to do less than .25cc)

Ok, I guess I should make an appt

So I believe I'm in the green because of the small amt I can eat in a sitting (4/5oz). Problem is, it's about 2 2/12 hrs until I'm hungry again... No matter what I eat! I'm following the drinking rules and all but I don't know what else to do, really don't think I need another full and it's not head hunger... Anyone have the same problem?

I think it's too tight, usually I feel the same about a day after a fill but it relaxes after and I'm fine with solids (most). Too tight and over time you'll have killer heartburn (I've been there) and other issues, try to schedule an unfill

Wow 15 in like 3 wks! That seems a bit much, are you able to eat like really tiny tiny pieces of solids or no solids at all?

Well said honey, I as well am an animal activist and speak up whenever I can- from protesting the circus to pet stores to proudly showing my sweet as pie pitties snuggling with my 3 yr old. It's nice to see others who are so passionate about these big headed babies as I am and all my animal lover friends. We have a long way to go to help these poor babies of all breeds but it starts with one. I also boycott the companies who conduct animal testing. We can make a difference!!!

To anyone who measures food-do you measure by weight (scale) or volume? And when you go out to eat how do you measure? O, one more, are you eating 3 meals a day and no snacks?

Hey guys, first off, I wanna thank everyone on this whole site for being so supportive and friendly. I joined "The Bump" when I found out we were pg, for something different, and damn!! Some of those women on there are freakin mean! I've seen some jump down one poor girl's throat for posting a topic sayin basically everyone should be nice to each other and stop judging, geez, they were all over her saying she was ridiculous and things aren't gonna change, and that wasn't the last one, and all this was in the span 2 weeks! Not that I'm some kind of freak about being nice but damn!! So anyway, screw that site, I love everyone here for the almost 2 yrs after my surgery, so here I'll stay lol Change of topic now I had a m/c at 6w3d, June 12, (my husband's bday of all friggin days) and d&c the next day. I also had a subchorionic hematoma a few days after we found it...sucks. Emotionally I'm better than I thought (almost 2 weeks ago) and physically I feel great. For any of you ladies who have been through this, my question is, is the d&c considered cd1? I have strong ovulation signs (obviously we aren't bd'ing yet) which would make sense cause when I ovulate, it's very very close to the end of my period, like 3 days later. I sound like I'm rambling. I would like to hear anyone's story! Thanks for listening to all of this!!!!!
