Parm encrusred Tilapia

This is such a yummy recipie and I'm not a fish person.

1lb. Fresh Tilapia cut into 4oz potions

1/2 lemon juiced.

1/4 c italian bread crumbs

1/4 c shredded parmesean cheese

1Tlb. Old Bay Seasoning

2 Tlb. Lite Mayo

2-3 cloves if garlic minced ( i live garlic:)

Rinse tilapia and pat dry. Salt and pepper.

Mix mayo, old bay seasoning, minced garlic and lemon juice in a bowl.

Mix bread crumbs and parm cheese together.

Smear mayo mixture on the fish and then roll in breadcrumb mix. Lay on cookie sheet and bake at 425 for about 25 min. Or until coating is crunchy snd fish flakes apart. Soooi yummy and healthy. You could prib. Even sub the mayo for FF Greek plain yogurt for more protien. Happy Eats!!
