I am have been married to my husband for 10 years and we have 3 children.  I have been over weight as long as I can remember.  Even as a little girl, my aunts would make fun of my 'thunder thighs'.  Everything in my life revolves around food.  Bad day = eat.  Celebrate = eat.  Even in my mind now a few days shy of surgery I'm calculating when I can have real food...and its Thanksgiving week.  UGH...This is going to be hard but I need to do it for myself and for my family.
I am excited for the opportunity to teach my kids about eating and exercising.  I believe leading by example is a great way to teach them.  I want to 'want' to ride bike and run around with them.  I'm excited for increased energy and a better body.
