I'm still a t-shirt and jeans type of guy...For nicer occasions it will be nice to have a wider variety of options though.

Woweeee....what a transformation... can I be cheeky??? Looks like you need to get some smaller clothes, even your current clothes are hanging off you!! What a great job! And congrat for getting off those meds too... well done! =]
Yeah I wish they made in between sizes like 37 or Large and a half because it always seems that I'm stuck between one or the other. I'm to self conscious to wear the size thats a bit to tight so most of the time I'm wearing my clothes a bit baggy. Thanks to everybody for the nice compliments.

Today is 6 months since surgery for me. Everything has went pretty damn smooth so far. No complications, no insanity, just nice easy weightloss...thank god. I'm now off all meds (diabetes, high BP, Cholestorol) and I feel much better. In my before pic I was wearing a 3x sweater and size 48 jeans. In my photo from today 1x top and 38 jeans..Some days I look in the mirror and see the old me, and some are a little easier. I think I've always kinda pictured myself as the really big guy even when I wasn't close to that weight..I'm not sure what goal weight I really have, I just want to keep doing what I'm doing and when my body is ready to stop I will be happy. I've been going to the gym 2-3 days a week, and have regained some muscle and strength that I have lost through the years of my lazy life style. If you are on the fence about surgery feel free to hit me up with any questions because I would love to help anybody find the happiness that I have found being freed from all of this excess weight.
High Weight 380? Surgery weight 363 Goal 190ish...Current 5'11 250lbs

Wiping no longer requires a boomerang, a whole role of TP and a trip to the chiropracter...It's nice feeling like a human again!

Surgery on Monday April 18th. My last meeting with my surgeon was on 4/1 I was 311lbs. Started my pre-op diet on 4/5. I am down to 285.5 as of last night 4/16 for a total so far 25.5lbs. My goal is to lose 100lbs. 25% there already. I am feeling pretty stoked about this surgery now.
Good work!

Great NSV, and great attitude about getting back on track. The last RN I had before I was discharged looked like she could be your little sister.

I had one in the morning, slept a few hours and felt fine. I ended up working that night with no issues.

I'm an over the fence guy. Never had my pants hit the floor or piss on myself even on my drunkest nights.

34 bougie here.

My wife stayed with me the whole time. I would guess it would depend on the hospital rules.

I haven't had a blood sugar level over 135 since the surgery. Also my waking numbers are under 100 for the first time in years.
